Create one-of-a-kind pieces of art with the polaroid emulsion lift technique
what's included
This workshop is for any photo enthusiast who loves to work with their hands and enjoys a vintage or hand-made aesthetic. We will disassemble polaroid photographs and transfer the photo emulsion layer onto watercolor paper to create a one-of-a-kind piece of art. The emulsion layer is very flexible and delicate and can be manipulated into different shapes or ripped and transferred in pieces to create various effects with the image. A demonstration will be held, after which everyone will have the opportunity to create their own polaroid emulsion lift. All materials will be provided and no prior experience is necessary.
